Product performance

It is used for the infection of genitourinary system, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, typhoid, bone and joint, skin and soft tissue, septicemia and other systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria.

Efficacy indications 

It is used for the infection of urogenital system caused by sensitive bacteria, including simple and complex urinary tract infection, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strains). 2. Respiratory tract infection, including acute attack of bronchial infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli and pulmonary infection. 3. Gastrointestinal infection is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxin producing Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc. 4. typhoid fever. 5. Bone and joint infection. 6. Skin and soft tissue infection. 7. Systemic infection such as septicemia. [chemical composition] ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. Its chemical name is: 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1, 4. Dihydrogen. 4. Oxo-7 - (1-piperazinyl) - 3-quinoline carboxylic acid hydrochloride molecular formula: c17h18fn3o3 · HCl · H2O.

Drug reaction 

1,Gastrointestinal reactions are common and can be manifested as abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. 

2,Central nervous system reaction may have dizziness, headache, drowsiness or insomnia. 

3,Anaphylaxis: rash, pruritus, exudative erythema and angioneuroedema. A few patients have photosensitive reaction. 

4 ,occasionally: 

(1) epilepsy, mental disorder, restlessness, confusion of consciousness, hallucination and tremor. 

(2) manifestations of interstitial nephritis such as hematuria, fever and rash. 

(3) crystalline urine is more common in high dose application. 

(4) joint pain. 

A small number of patients may have elevated serum aminotransferase, increased blood urea nitrogen and decreased peripheral blood leukocyte, most of which are mild and transient.
