Introduction:
Metoclopramide is commonly used to treat nausea and vomiting associated with conditions such as uremia,radiation sickness, cancer and the effects of chemotherapy, labor, infection,migraine headaches, andemetogenic drugs. In the setting of painful conditions such as migraine headaches, metoclopramide may be used in combination with paracetamol (acetaminophen) or in combination with aspirin.

Preparation or source: by Para water hydrochloric acid by esterification, acetylation, methylation of amino to acetyl - O - methoxy benzoic acid methyl ester, followed by chlorination, amination, hydrolysis.
Function:
A- Used for vomiting caused by surgery for brain tumor, tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, brain trauma sequela, acute craniocerebral injury and drugs.
