Clopyralid is a White Crystalline Solid Powder.It is a synthetic plant growth hormone with a chemical structure similar to many natural plant growth hormones but with better persistence in the tissues of plants. It is mainly absorbed by the roots and leaves of plants and then transmitted in plants, so its conductivity is strong. After application to weeds, it is absorbed by the leaves or roots of the plant, moves up and down in the plant and is rapidly transmitted throughout the plant. Low concentrations of clopyralid can stimulate the synthesis of DNA, RNA and proteins in plants, leading to uncontrolled and disorderly growth of cell division, which ultimately leads to disruption of the tube bundle; high concentrations of clopyralid inhibit cell division and growth.
