Application:

5-carboxyfluorescein is used to prepare a fungal fluorescent staining solution: with the continuous advancement of medical testing, the clinical testing technology of fungal fluorescent staining has been gradually promoted in recent years. At present, cell wall β-polysaccharide, chitin and Iso-fluorescence staining method, this method only binds with affinity to the cell wall β-polysaccharide, chitin, etc. of fluorescent dyes, and has no specificity.
