Uses: Used for the manufacture of disperse dyes, used for the manufacture of dispersed Tibetan 2GL, date red GP-based, is also a dye dispersion deep blue HGL and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Production method: obtained by acetylation of p-methoxyaniline. Method 1: To react with methoxyaniline and acetic acid, the excess acetic acid in the reactant was vaporized together with the water generated by the reaction, and the reaction product was purified by vacuum distillation. Raw material consumption quota: 778kg/t of p-methoxyaniline. Method 2: acetylation of ethyl anhydride was used to add p-methoxylaniline to 1000ml three bottles, acetic anhydride was added at 50 °C, and 10min was reacted at 70 °C. It was cooled, filtered, washed, and dried. The yield is about 95 %.
