Description:
This product is a relatively selective beta-adrenergic receptor agonist for ophthalmic use. This product has good retinal biological activity and neuroprotective function. Compared with other 2-adrenergic receptor agonists, it is less lipid soluble, not easy to penetrate the blood-brain barrier of Chemicalbook, and will not produce sedation, hypotension and other central adverse reactions. It can decrease the rate of aqueous humor and increase the outflow of uveal sclera, which leads to the decrease of intraocular pressure. It has antihypertensive effect on glaucoma and normal eye, and has little effect on cardiovascular system and respiratory system function
